10.08.2012, Ternopil’
Workers of the Mobile Work with Youth in Ukraine project in the Ternopil Caritas started the second in a series of summer socio-therapeutic camps. Summer is a great time for camps; children can learn new and important information and get some much needed attention.
The socio-therapeutic camp was designed for children from multi-child and disadvantaged families. For three days, the lovely hills and canyons by the Dniester River in the village of Vrublivtsi, Khmel’nyts’kyy region became a second home for the campers. It has become a tradition for Caritas staff to set the camp rules together with the campers. After that, they put the tents up together, had lunch together, divided up daily duties and then finally relaxed.
