Lately Vinnytsia Oblast Human Rights Protection Organization ‘Source of Hope’, partner of Caritas Ukraine in combating human trafficking, began training of group with physical limitations. These activities are carried in the frames of School of effective employment in Vinnytsia oblast under the auspices of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) та International Organization for Migration (IOM). Vinnytsia oblast employment center became a partner in project implementation.
School of effective employment is aimed at raising the level of participants’ motivation for the efficient searching for a job and self-employment; getting necessary knowledge and skills; improvement of self-esteem and confidence in own possibilities; enlarging the scale of informing on advantages of employment in Ukraine. School participants come from different categories of unemployed individuals. This time project seizes challenged people.
