Helping hand of Caritas for the ill and seniors in Lviv region

At the end of February Give a helping hand initiative of a good will was held in the premises of Caritas in Boryslav (Lviv region). The following activities were in the framework of this initiative:
– measuring blood pressure and sugar content in blood;
– mastering skills that simplify care of the ill;
– qualified free consultations of psychologist and recreation therapist;
– providing free literature on care of ill individuals.

Give a helping hand initiative seized nearly 40 people of different age categories. Nobody among them was client of local Caritas. Information of the initiative was provided in the local newspaper and announcements placed in public places.
