WHAT WE DO, OUR MISSION
Fostering a tradition of charity
We support people in need and develop effective service systems to combat poverty, inequality, and isolation.
Building effective service systems
We build effective social, health, and educational service systems and help communities become stronger.
Helping communities grow stronger
We stay by their side, helping people regain control of their own lives. We build systems that continue to function long after our involvement.
Where we are heading
A society where every person can grow and live in peace, love, and dignity.
Our three priorities until 2027:
Emergency response and humanitarian security
We provide urgent support during the war, responding to shelling, winter conditions, evacuations, and the needs of the most vulnerable.
Recovery of people and communities and socio-economic stabilization
We support the health, resilience, employment, veterans, housing, and economic recovery of people and communities.
Institutional development and social dialogue
We strengthen systemic change, social cohesion, localization, and local leadership in response to the challenges of war.
OUR CORE PRINCIPLE
People — their dignity, needs, and rights — are at the heart of everything we do.
Human-centeredness
Improvement
Cooperation and networking
HOW WE WORK
Solidarity and subsidiarity
We ensure people are actively involved in shaping their communities. Services are delivered as close as possible to those in need, strengthening local capacity and volunteer engagement.
Freedom of belief
Our team shares Christian values, while our work is guided by humanitarian principles of impartiality — we support people regardless of faith, based on need.
Comprehensive approach
We address not just individual problems, but their causes and consequences — aiming for systemic change.
Professionalism and compassion
We continuously develop our teams through training and learning. Professional support always goes hand in hand with genuine care.
Partnership and collaboration
We believe complex challenges require cross-sector cooperation — bringing together government, civil society, and business.
Environmental responsibility
We recognize our responsibility to future generations and promote awareness and action to protect the environment.
