Caritas Khmel’nyts’kyy celebrates its 10th Anniversary

At the end of September Caritas celebrated 10 years of serving vulnerable citizens in the Khmel’nyts’kyy region. The celebration included a press conference for the media and partner organizations, a Divine Liturgy held at the local Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, greetings from the local government, donors and clients and a buffet.

Caritas Khmel’nyts’kyy was founded in 2002. The organization provides assistance to multi-child families, orphans, street children, the elderly, the mentally and physically challenged, those at high risk of becoming victims of human trafficking and others. Caritas Khmel’nyts’kyy’s partners include governmental structures, community organizations, private and corporate donors and international organizations.
